I create intentional, supportive environments for reflection, grounding, ritual, and inner listening—spaces where individuals can pause, breathe, and explore their experiences without judgment.
Through symbolic ritual, meditation, somatic practices, guided visualization, prayer, journaling and spiritual reflection, I support individuals in exploring inherited patterns, generational wounds, and ancestral stories that may continue to shape their lives.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing can include remembering—not only what we have survived, but also the wisdom, resilience, protection, creativity, and love carried through our lineage.
The work is not about erasing the past but rather, it is about creating space to understand what has been carried, release what no longer belongs to you, and consciously choose what you want to carry forward.
